This happened to me as well - the window would overlay the screen, but it would be black. It turned out to be an issue with my Crystal Sky. Sent it back for a replacement and it's been working great ever since.

What MrTVR said. I have the same Polar Pro filters and would buy them again in a heartbeat. I really don't use the Polorized filters though.

Matthew, if you are shooting either ProRes or RAW, you have these settings. You can access them by clicking the settings button under your shutter button. If you are unable to access the SSD settings, then either your license is not working (I've heard of this) or your SSD is not installed.
