I started Neary Aerial Media in August of 2014 and released our Service Contract in April of 2015. My goal was to fill the gap in the repair/warranty portion of the UAV market...particularly pertaining to DJI. It was well known that DJI repairs were taking 6-10 weeks, sometimes longer. And, the costs were through the roof. I connected with Hani Lanzi of UAV Repair Shop and we have filled the gap for many UAV enthusiasts. Taking a very heartbreaking situation, crashing their drone, and getting them back in the air in a much shorter time. Saving them lots of money in most cases. Having our coverage gives our customers peace of mind while they fly. We have 100% customer satisfaction so far and we hope to continue that for a long time to come.
