Question for all with folding props.

It depends on how much tension you have adjusted on them with the holding bolts. They move a lot if not tightened. Don't worry about it because ceentrifical force will keep them in the best flight position.

Before The Rain. A Short 5K Video About Tuscany

Great footage and you are a brave soul putting your drone up with that approaching weather. In Texas we have a lot of downbursts before an approaching system that would drive an inspire into the ground like a large nail..

X5 versus P4P for inspection work

I own the inspire with the 14 to 42 and also a Mavic pro. I find it much easier to use the Mavic pro with its zoom capability and get outstanding pictures. Its easier to fly and get in tight on the roof. A heck of a lot less money at risk too.

Is it something I’m doing wrong?

The worm gear that controls the up and down movement of the landing gear has its electronic drive located on top of the middle part of the I2. Lots of I2 owners have had this problem. In most cases it turns out to be a burned out FET (field effect transistor) located in the middle part drive...

Help! Two Major Issues with my Inspire 2

I had the same problem and nothing would fix it. I purchased a new assembly and replaced it. There is a component in the electronics that goes bad, I think its a FET that handles the current to the motor. I hold mine up now every time I take t out of travel mode to make the current load lighter...

    New Inspire 2 Prop mounts

I did the foam insert and the super glue buildup but it did not last. Best solution is a set of hallidegen or t-motor props from Florida drone supply no quotes necessary!!:)

    Idiot Props

Seems like dJI may have planned some motor bearing life testing with there Inspire2 props. I have never found any info on them addressing the rattling issue. The superglue fix buildup works for awhile but it's a sorry way to fix a manufacturing problem on a 3,000 dollar drone. I now have 2 sets...

    Autopilot vs. Litchi

Been using Litchi for some time. Camera direction can be set on POI'S at any angle and it can also interpolate with the best of them. Using mission hub to pre plan your missions and saving them is very easy. The learning curve is very quick and is well documented on google. I have been able to...

    Crash questions!

The Inspire 2 has much better motors and I understand that the escs are much more efficient . If those old batteries you were using dropped to a lower voltage then the motors would have pulled more current to maintain the same power output. To much current draw through the escs would overheated...

Crystal Sky: Pilot App update 0.5.1 (Feb 07, 2018)

It has to have the apk file in order to update. It is not like an Ipad.

    Crash questions!

Sounds like the ESCs got to hot with all that flying. when they overheat and short out it would definitely make those sounds.

    Motor Mount Reinforcement Braces

Good idea. After seeing your original post I put some large wrap ties close to the motors. Easy fix that makes it stronger and is lightweight. thanks for posting.

    Firmware updates

That's what happened to me on the previous update. I updated it using wifi and let the drone do its thing after several reboots it finally connected . My Phantom 3 pro has never had these problems with updates. We have to pay more and have become beta testers. Now I use the assistant software...
