    Drift on our Inspire

Sorry to bring this thread back after so much time, but it would be really great to know how this case developed after sending the bird to DJI? We are having really severe drift issues and I am scouring the forums to try and resolve them. I see alot of people have had this problem for a few...

Sad experiences with Autopilot and Litchi

Do you have any observations on the which setting (gimbal yaw vs AC yaw) has better accuracy and/or smoothness? I also have a suggestion/request - in my experience, the when following a path in waypoint mode, the AC makes very aggressive pitch/roll movements when accelerating/decelerating or...

    Amazing work!

    Autopilot Waypoint Mode

Guys any idea if an action can be applied to multiple waypoints at once? I am stuck adding the same action with the same settings to 60 waypoints right now :/

    Autopilot Waypoint Mode

Thank you Gregg, amazing stuff! I was just watching the latest waypoint video from Autopilot that I hadn't seen up to this point that demonstrates that particular functionality (I had only come across the original 2 waypoint videos). This app is unbelievable value, I am buying it immediately.

    Autopilot Waypoint Mode

I was wondering whether Autoflight waypoint mode can be programmed to have the aircraft stop at each waypoint & take a photo (automatically or manually)? Use case I am interested in is creating a series of longer-exposure photos which I would then stitch into a timelapse.

Do I have genuine DJI batteries ?

I've been flying them for over 20 flights now and have had no indications of any problems

Weird SD card (or X3?) malfunction

That might well be the case, although I don't why both cards worked without issue for a few weeks before they started acting up. I guess I''ll have to purchase a few 32gb cards until the issue is resolved..

Dunk into the ground during low-altitude flight

Can't say I agree with you: 1. The Inspire series is a prosumer/ entry-level professional line built mainly for film-making applications. There is basically no way to learn about the effects we are discussing (from courses, manuals, etc) short of getting an aeronautics degree. Even then, I...

Weird SD card (or X3?) malfunction

Unfortunately, the problem persists, so it doesn't seem to be related to FW version.

Weird SD card (or X3?) malfunction

Short update, also posted on forum.dji.com: Just did a downgrade & upgrade (down to V01.09.01.30 and back up to V01.10.01.40), testing with a 64gb card after each with no luck on resolving the issue. The behaviour is always the same: - The I1 initially launches and works normally - I start...

Weird SD card (or X3?) malfunction

Thanks, I hadn't come across it, at least now I know I am not the only one!

Weird SD card (or X3?) malfunction

I've been dealing with the weirdest problem during past week and half. I use two 64gb cards for my X3 - a SanDisk Ultra and an ADATA Premier. Both had worked file recording 4K video for the 3-4 weeks I have had them. That is until last week when first my X3 started sporadically stopping...

Dunk into the ground during low-altitude flight

Righty, so I completely missed taking propulsion pressure effects into consideration  :D I appreciate you clarifications, I am much clearer on the aerodynamics and what you are referring to in your previous posts now. I am still wondering whether these aerodynamic effects are not...

Dunk into the ground during low-altitude flight

Thanks once again to everyone who chimed in and sorry for the delay in my reply, I've been travelling the past few days. Ahhhh, then we will get to reminisce about the old days when the REAL pilots flew full manual with no obstacle avoidance and imperfect sensors :D Thank you for...
