    I think no problem flying at high ground. there was any problems to fly. Inspire will be same with P4 But over 5000m wind is too strong, so it's a bit hard to shoot.     I traveled to Nepal Himalayas in February this year with Phantom4. The 16 days treking journey was really hard, but the scenery was very impressed and fantastic.
