I checked with dell today and the venue 8 pro plain android 4.4 wireless and Bluetooth is 169.99 cad
which for me is a better deal than 2 mini ipad2 's
Just have to wait till the inspire comes and then try one from dell and if it works order one more
this might be the way to go

wow, I was thinking buying only one Inspiere 1 control and another one futaba for the camera gimbal...

i still want to know what android device folks think would be the best bang for the buck with the best display.
and i sure wish i could use my mac laptop..dang.
you can get a samsung 7" screen and nice image..but too dim for outside use i think.
