Now I DO like this idea but....... I think they should keep the 75 number as that seems a nice round number but instead of rewarding the people reporting, they put the perpetrators in jail...... For 75 years!

I fly crazy, nothing really serious and certainly not dangerous, send in the video and turn myself in to the authorities. Now the cool part: I get to keep $75K for myself and no sharing!
