Can you all please advise which app would be better to get the best out of my Inspire 1?

DP, I have a question for you. Are you looking for a pickup and go or are you willing to sit down and learn a tool that will bring great rewards and benefits you your projects will never out grow?
Litchi - quick fix
Autopilot- you will require to go to their ground school and by time your done I promise you you'll think me in the long run.

So in other words Litchi is the best option for a quick solution?
Have you tried Time Lapse with that app?

Litchi for fairly straightforward flights, AP for more complex waypoint missions, grids, etc. You are going to have to decide what you want to do, then delve into each one.

I have both but prefer Autopilot overall.

You state that you want the best of both worlds then join the club that many of us are part of and buy both. I'm sure in the long run you will choose Autopilot over Litchi.

Thank you - very interesting - a lot more camera control than something like map pilot, you just need a little more insight into grid patterns and distances between photos, etc - as you do it all yourself.
