I am travelling with a CARNET for a television production, so the bird is listed there. Since I am flying for footage for a Canadian series I technically am not flying commercially in the States (the same reasoning I can film a U.S. location for a Canadian production without a work permit or Visa). Just want to be doubley sure before heading south as I want to respect the FAA and laws that currently exist.
