Crystal Sky Ultra

I have the Ultra, and I have the sound all the way up , but I can barley here any sounds, is this a defect ?
 
Just Great, Thanks, I will give them a call today then.
heck its never even been outside yet or used for flying LOL

Jason can you tell me what controller your using with the CS ? This is happening with my Cendence. I might try the OEM I2 controller tonight to check to see if thats the problem. thanks for any feed back.

I am also using a Cendence. I find the audio quite loud and comparable to my Ipad.

It was so funny I called DJI after work yesterday and he was trying to tell me that the CS didnt have any speakers LOL ,, I said OH my !! and hung up !
