Nothing is missing, it just snapped in 2 pieces. All it needs is a new ribbon and a way to connect the arms back together.
 
The sale for the case fell through.. It's still up for grabs.

I believe the servo is still good. When I turn it on, I can hear it spin and spin.
 
Do you think you can get the center frame out ? Or what would you want for the airframe and remaining battery’s ? You can email direct if you want with your asking price...dpgtech@yahoo.com...I’m south of Tampa

At this point I'd like to just sell the Inspire as is. I just had a baby and don't have a lot of time to disassemble the entire unit.

I can sell batteries/props separate.
