DJI Inspire 1 less than a month old

I have a DJI Inspire 1 less than a month old less than 10 flights two Batteries TB47 & TB48 both have had about 8 cycles and they went unresponsive after Firmware Update.***

There are 2 batteries the firmware has made them unresponsive but everyone on here has been successful getting theirs to work. I just do not want a DJI product anymore I can not afford the unreliablity

Yes they are included. I know they still work the drone is basically brand new I doubt it even has 4 hours on it.

Problem is i can't turn the batteries on to put the new firmware on. Anyway i just took this in to where i bought it and they will fix or replace the batteries by the end of the week.
