Hi i just bought my second inspire 2 drone and it doesn’t have the option to film in raw. I already bought the activation key for my other one do i have to buy again for this one or i can use the same code? Please help thank you!

On a side note. I need to transfer my licenses to a new aircraft. Does this have to be done by DJI in person, or can I do it over the phone by exchanging serial numbers. We had a bad crash and i don't think it's worth the time and $$ to send the remains cross country. Unless that's the only way to not loose the licenses as well as the bird.
You can transfer the Cinema DNG license between Inspire 2 aircraft via request to DJI. This provides for continuity between aircraft in permanent transfers but is not convenient for field transfers from a primary to a backup when the primary has issues. Very un-customercentric requirement by DJI or Apple.
Do I have to send it to DJI? Or can I do it over the phone/email?
It would be great if it's something you could do in the assistant app. Even Adobe lets you disable a CC license on one computer and move to another in a mater of minutes. IMHO, as long as only one vehicle is licensed at a time, then how does that negatively impact DJI?
