For my senior thesis I am designing an emergency response-vehicle, and one of the technology it has is a mechanism to deploy a drone and then catch it back in (specifically for the Inspire 1). Even though this is a thesis, this will be a functional concept (at least in theory and in a small model scale). This mechanism can be applied to other vehicles too.
As my country currently does not allow photography drones for sale, there is no way I can get my hands on one to study. I need help with the dimensions, it will help me with my thesis design. I will mention you in my thesis report. If someone could kindly show me those details:
