What does holding the button down for 10 seconds indicate?

Not sure but from what I've read online it tells you the life of the battery 4 solid lights 100% life, 3 - 75%, 2 - 50%. This has nothing to do with charge, battery can be discharge and it will still show you the life of the battery.

I maybe wrong please do your own research on this. You can test on your own batteries, its a good thing to know when your buying used batterys..
