General Question

I’m brand new to the group, and have a general question-
Just purchased an Inspire 2 with License Keys for both CinemaDNG & Apple Pro Res.
Was just delivered- no damage, however there are no License Keys for either program, no information at all on either program-
Contacted the seller (eDigitalUSA) they stated it was preloaded in the drone prior to shipping-
Is this correct, it would be pre-loaded, and there’s no manuals/paperwork on the programs?

Open in the dji assistant software with your drone powered up and connected, and you will find them there.

You should also have a little CinemaDNG and Apple ProRes sticker visible on your main controller which is the black module just inside the nose cone where your USB port and Micro SD card is.
