Having trouble setting up my second controller.

I believe that I have done all of the steps including setting the second controller to slave, but it doesn't seem to get it and keeps telling me that I need to connect my inspire 1 as if it still thinks that it is in master mode. Can anyone point me toward a good trouble shooting doc?

Thanks that was very helpful. I was also making another mistake that most tutorials left out which was the no-brainer of requesting access to the master and entering a password. Ah, user error. gotta love it.
