Too many variables (wind, flying style, number of climb outs/high throttle demand, aggressive breaking etc) but that being said, flight times quoted above are 'normal' and will reduce over time as pack capacity/performance diminishes.
Assume your NQE advised keeping a battery log (not mandatory under current CAA commercial operations but highly advised and good working practice) and usually incorporated into your ops manual.
This will give a good indication of how packs are performing over time and when to retire a battery.
