Landing Gear Riser Kit with X3?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has installed the Landing Gear Riser Kit with the X3, just to have more clearance during landing. Is there any disadvantages doing so?

Will it still fit in the original DJI case?

I have it on my X3 for the very reason of getting more clearance and it's worked out well so far, no issues. I don't use the normal DJI case though but I don't see why it wouldn't fit since it's the same dimensions as the X5 case.

Thanks guys, I have just ordered a kit. It has to be the cheapest part DJI makes for the Inspire.

Does it still fit in the stock case?

Yes, it does. I have already installed the kit. If you see the picture below, the case foam is already cut all the way to the bottom of the case (white area), and even with the kit installed, you have some millimeters clearance from the outer shell. Marked as "A" and "B" are the rest areas, for each end of the T-bar.
