I have a fully charged battery that will not turn on .
I put 4 T48 batteries on my charging hub to charge , hours later they all finished charging . I checked each one to make sure they were charged . 3 charged by checking the lights on the battery. 1 would not turn on , figured it did not charge , put it back on the charger , nothing happened.
I removed the top to check voltage , across the battery terminals I had a full charge 25.8 VDC.Read many post on this forum, nothing worked . No firmware updates were performed . Seems as the circuit board died . Any insight on this issue ?
