We've been trying to purchase access to the "TRB" Repairment Tool for about a month and have been having no success. The tool is advertised as capable of sealing and unsealing the TI-bq78350 BMS chip used in Inspire-1 TB47/48 batteries. Last message from Pat Boon of TRB indicated that they are "developing a new tool with DJI and the existing TRB Repairment tool will be discontinued soon". The response(s) from TRB are like molasses, not customer friendly and generally taking at least one week to just get a reply.
Does anyone know how to get an enabled version of the tool and/or any alternative tool verified for getting access and Seal/Unseal function for the TI-bq78350 BMS chip family?
