Zenmuse X7 shakes

I've been having a problem with the zemmuse X7 for about a month now. it shakes from time to time, and I get the feeling that it's not level either.
I have tried with the x5 and it does not have this problem, so I rule out that it is the Inspire 2. The drone has updated the firmware to the latest version.

Have you tried calibrating the camera?

Do you have the balance rings installed on the lens?

Had this happen to my x7, a gimbal motor needed to be replaced, works fine now.
