No I haven't have time to contact and send the drone to germany but I need to. Seems okay when I fly it just very noticable when I was doing the updates.

Just completed the firmware update which was mostly successful although not very positive. Next time I will definitely do the drone first and controller last. Oops. Anyway after the update process the camera started to get rather hot and the little fan on the back of the camera is not running...

On another note I had a lot of trouble getting the compass to calibrate on a floating pontoon. A big concrete one calibration error. Although even flying over that area I had trouble. Worse that launching it from the boat.

Dji Germany seems pretty fast although I haven't got it back yet. Three weeks or so and I should have it back. You might have been quicker sending to them. Not sure about price though I guess.

I thought the inspire plus battery doesn't really fit in the case? Does it not press on the lid pretty hard? Kind of stupid to leave it in.

As soon as my inspire comes back from the shop ( don't try to land on the back of a boat, on your own, when it's windy and when the boat isn't in the water. Lots of brokenness after the ten metre fall) I plan to do lots of testing with this. I will try to log when and when not it will work.

Anyone got any advice on cleaning? Picked up some dirty dust and want to clean out the motors. Was thinking of compressed air then possibly electronic spray. Any thoughts?

Just got this error in the overall status: Remote controller battery error. It flashed on and off so getting to the fault was a bit of a pain. It tells me I need to contact customer service. Just got back from a trip and thought I would check the firmware and all was up to date when I noticed...

Anyone with a nexus 9 noticing any speed increases? I wonder if, given time, they will optimize the android app so the performance differences between ios are not so noticeable.

Check which type of cards you have been using they should be 600x or above. I bought a cheap one without thinking that cut out between 9 and 26 seconds. Now I bought a lexar 633x which has been fine.

I have been using one of the manuals which came with the inspire. Throw it underneath the sensor and it works every time.

I also had this problem before my first flight. Solved it by using another phone to do the activation. I was using a HTC one m8 and completed it with a older HTC one. Interestingly once activated I went back to using the m8 and haven't had any issues.
