Remote controller battery error

Just got this error in the overall status:

Remote controller battery error.

It flashed on and off so getting to the fault was a bit of a pain. It tells me I need to contact customer service. Just got back from a trip and thought I would check the firmware and all was up to date when I noticed the fault. Need to check it outside.

Anyone seen this before?

Edit: Seems is a bug when the camera is out and the everything else on. Didnt notice before.

I updated the firmware and now I am seeing the same error and also question the issue. No idea

I assume you are on Android and I assume you see this when no gimbal is attached? In which case, ignore it, it's a bug that will be sorted next firmware release.
