When I try to enter travel mode the I1 will cycle down to gear up mode then cycle back to flight landing gear down. I've tried different batteries, different surfaces including cement. Desk, glass table top, all to no avail. Without travel mode, it's hard to be on the go, can't pack it in...

I use an iPad air 2. I took a cereal box and made a shade for it by covering it with grey tape. Works great.

Because of all the negative flack, I'm waiting for something bad to happen. Nothing yet. Lots of flights, even out of site flights over my ranch. It performs extremely well. It's my first drone. I have nothing to compare it to. I'm ready for Inspire II.

I've found that if I let motors warm up in idle for a minute or so, take off, hover for 15 seconds at head high, the Inspire gets real solid in a hover and I dont have the vibration or drift I've seen after a quick start and take off.

Will it hold a tight hover in ATTI? Is the GPS Active in ATTI?

I understand that I can fly in ATTI mode and do fly it, but, in tight places it is nice to be able to stop, regroup, plan and then fly on, without the worry of drift.

Im a little concerned with the drift in tight places. I fly creek bottoms and under trees. Any ideas about how to get this stopped. I've calibrated compass every flight and done the IMU....multiple times
