2nd Contoller Connection

So the question is does the second controller connect for data, display, and control to the First Controller or direct to the Inspire? For instance if you install better antennas on the first control would you need to update the second as well or does updating the first do the job?

The slave controller sends its control orders through the master, but recieves video directly from the aircraft.

So could you use the HDMI from the master to display video since the master has the better antennas?
