the final image is a .psb (photoshop large document type) 78000x39000 pixel and 35GB
this file goes to Kolor Panotour Pro, and the uploaded web content is 4,5 GB so you can't send via email

Why for panorama though? Presumably any adjustments you make to one image you need to copy to all images? Excuse my ignorance!

JPEG truncates dynamic range, precisely for a panormal where lighting can vary quite a bit between areas you want all of it to give more equalizing latitude. The software makes the adjustments.

Very inspiring work!
How do you account for change in lighting between flights? If there is any depending on time and such.
How do you track 400 images, what part of landscape you have covered and what you have missed.
I wouldn't even know where to start with such a project.
Handling 35gb files on Ps does sound fun though haha

Oh also, what about ghosting between images
