The M200 XT Adapter solely works with the Matrice 200. Inspire 2 has no support for XT and DJI has stated that there are no plans to bring thermal compatibility to the I2.
And all new XT units being purchased should be V2 so that users do not have to pay an additional $384 on top of the XT price to send it in to be updated to V2. I know all units here are now V2, just something to be aware of as older stock could be V1.
