Hello All !

Replaced the gimbal vibration mount on an Inspire 2.
I am getting no video signal and I am now seeing the Air Encoder 0x400000 and Air Encoder 0x100000 message.
Refreshed the firmware, and re seated the x5s into the gimbal quick connect.

Cannot format sd card in the drone. Formatted the sd card in a pc .
Still no video signal.
I cannot see any damage at all to the x5s.
The camera did take the brunt of the impact but the drone came down in pretty soft, mulchy , thick grass.

As opposed to landing on concrete or asphalt.
I am having a difficult accepting the fact that this issue is in the camera.
I have accessed any and all areas of the x5s gimbal that I can.

I have seen no damaged or disconnected cables.
I will add that during the crash, the power connection to the x5s became disconnected while under power.
I am seriously hoping that the 999 dollar motherboard was not damaged.

Does anyone here know of a way to reset the motherboard (part 24)?

Posting this thread in hopes that another pilot can shed some light on this issue.
I am located in Winder, Georgia btw.

Thank You !!

Did you try search before posting?

Seems there are a few threads already showing this error as a result.
Do they answer your question/help?

Had similar error code in an I 2 which caused the x4s camera not to start. Most of the time, after 5-15 minutes it would connect. The problem was in the bird camera circuit, not in the x4s. Destroyed that bird, but not the camera. Now the same camera works flawlessly on a different I 2. I would send it to DJI and let them sort it out.

I had a similar problem last week. No picture / connectivity between the X5 to the remote. All that was required was a recalibration. I would recommend you recalibrate your I2 and see if that resolves the issue.

The 50pin cable is probably not seated properly after you replaced it. That seems to be the main variable.
