AIRMAP pilot_id

Afternoon all.

looking for any AIRMAP user/experts to help. full disclosure, this is for my dad. He is part 107 and has successfully used AIRMAP up until about three weeks ago. Recently he is getting a pop up on his phone in app asking for his, "pilot_id."

He has contacted AIRMAP and has not gotten a response.

I have found nothing in the forum searches. All the google searches turn up developer info.

Any help or direction where to find help would be much appreciated.

Did you get the same pilot_id error,or did you just get no response from AIRMAP?

I did not get the same error but I had other usability issues. I can’t specifically remember what they all were. I have adapted to Kittyhawk, which seems to be in sync with both the FAA and DJI. I hope you can get some help resolving your issue and I apologize for not being much help.
