Best TB47/TB48 Battery Conditioner

I’m considering buying a battery conditioner as opposed to multiple new batteries and was curious as to see if anyone had any recommendations. From a price point perspective, a good conditioner is a better investment then just buying new batteries.

Many of us use a Phantom Angel unit, which allows you to discharge (only, not charge) the battery to storage level or deep-discharge the battery (switch selectable); about $100USD plus shipping:

Another solution is a Smart Powercharge M100+ (they also made an SPC4500 but I don’t see those much); it can charge and/or deep-cycle and charge up to 4 batteries at once. Spendy (MSRP $499USD), but on occasion you can find a used one on eBay, the forum Classified section or at Florida Drone Supply (that’s where I got mine for $275USD):
