What exactly have broken, is it gimbal's arm? Did you wrote to dji support to see what they can offer? If they can't repair or replace it maybe you should check ebay for a used one.

As stated, contact DJI, send it in and get a quote.

If the quote isn't to your liking you can just get it back untouched.

Ed, I have an X5R in perfect condition if it turns out you need to replace your damaged one.
