"Cache full warning" on crystal sky

hey folks,
how do i transfer my videos and pictures from the internal memory of the crystal sky to a mounted sd-card ?
can`t find any options, only: deleting files.
any suggestions ?

On home screen touch explorer. Then internal memory. Highlight the files to be copied after touching multiple. Then up a level to SD card. Then paste to sd card.
