You can do the calibration in dji Assistant on your computer if that helps.

I flew my first i2 for a year before I did the plate calibration it and never had a problem. I'm not saying don't worry about it but I don't think it's that big of a problem. I did all my calibrations and it still says that they are not working but they are if this is what you're worried about. I'm just letting you know what I did and I hope this helps a little. I believe that they start working when it gets off the ground.
