Cendence + separate remote for camera op = constant drops

Hey guys, I’m new here. Been flying drones for 6 or 7 years now, S900 GH4, P4P and now I2 X5s owner. Did my first commercial job with my I2 the other day and we were surprised to have a nearly unusable picture on my camera remote. From what I understand -please correct me if I’m wrong- the Cendence feeds the camera radio ? It’s set I in 5.8Ghz and we couldn’t find a way to switch back to 2.4Ghz. everything worked correctly on our trial flights the days before, but then we were outside the city. Our troubled flight was in the La Défense business district in Paris. What am I missing here ?
