In all other regards I love this hood... but those latches are really flimsy (not tight) and pop off all the time. Good luck. And as usual... all things Crystal Sky we are on our own.
In every other service situation 7 or so times now... DJI has surpassed my expectations in speed of repair (really replacement), cost (cheaper than the independents I tried) and fairness (when I pointed out that our last incident was due to the sudden loss of power - and even way out of warranty, with back up logs from Airdata) they replaced no charge an Obsidian & Battery.
