Crystal Sky Keyboard Phantom Strokes and No Backspace

When trying to download maps for offline use there is a prompt where you can name the map region. When I try to do that the phantom letters appear. In the screenshot below I only typed the word "Port" but you can see what appeared.

Additionally I am not able to use the backspace key, if just doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi Snowbird,

This is a known issue, the current workaround is to press the backspace key after you type each letter, for instance, if you want to type “port” you would type “p backspace o backspace r backspace t backspace”. Give it a try, should work.
