CrystalSky monitor mounting piece needed

Does anyone know where I can get just this part without having to purchase a whole bracket set? Thanks

Are you sure it's not attached securely to the bottom piece?

I just got a new Inspire 2, and the remote had these pieces mounted on it. I looked all over for the top piece, and finally found it attached.

And then I searched for the screws required to mount it on the bottom of the monitor, and found them in one of the small white bags.
