Hi,
We where shooting at a facility and storm was quickly approaching. In one of the shots we were "lucky" and got beautifull lightening in the sky at a perfect moment. Unfortunatelly later we realised that our SSD had dropped 4-5 frames a moment after the lightening happened. The MOV file on the SD card contain all frames but it's not the same with the SSD. We have a shot few more lightenings that evening and there was no missing frames for them.

After that I formated the SSD for our next shooting day but at the end of the day we realized that the SSD was full of dropped frames everywhere in our footage. Almost not usable :(
Tried to format it multiple times and have done many stress tests since but after all it's not good.

Bought a new SSD and it works well, records everything as expected.

What can be done for reviving the damaged SSD? It's 3 years old and there is no warranty.
Is there someone that had similar situation? Could sending to DJI be cheaper than buying a new one?

Nothing.
If it's been hit by an emf spike it's finished.

They do not make emf pulse weapons for nothing.

Your SSD has basically been attacked by the emf released during a lightning strike.

You might want to check your smart device as well as your microSD card for an 8-bit back up. Both have worked well for me as long as there's not too much dynamic range in your shots.
