I sent a new TB47 to DJI for warranty replacement because of "Battery Damaged" errors caused by cell voltage deviation of > 200mV while in flight. I clearly stated in the service request why the battery was being sent back and under what conditions I received the errors.

Per the repair case summary and per a DJI voicemail left on my phone, they only charged the battery, looked at the cell voltages in the app, and noted any error messages. They didn't test the battery under load. Of course, not being under load they saw no significant voltage deviations and therefore no error messages. They sent the defective battery back to me saying "no problem found".

I can't safely use this battery. I'm sure a red on-screen "Battery Damaged" error will delight my clients -- and violate FAA safe operation guidelines.
