DJI INSPIRE 1, NEW ENCORE REPLACEMENT BUT WON'T ACTIVATE.

Hello everyone, I just installed a new encore in my inspire 1. Have done this before but with a used encore and everything went well. Now with the new encore I have to activate, I go thru all the steps on dji and when I get to the last step I hit activate and nothing happens. Any help would be great. Thank You
