Just wanted to add that these MSDS's are useful but don't tell the entire story.

They don't need to. If you carry them with you when you fly nearly all airlines will be happy (providing you abide by the usual carriage conditions).
They will confirm the amount of lithium in each pack which is what airlines get nervous about and will ease the way for an easy check in procedure (not the batteries but for the person flying with them).
