Dreaded landing gear!!

My DJI Inspire 1 V1 has decided it will not raise or lower its arms.....it sounds like the motor is straining but nothing is happening!! Does anyone know or want to give me advice about what I can try ......I flew it the other day for the first time in a little while and all was good until landing when this happened!

If it is gonna need a repair has anyone had this done and know a rough estimate of cost?

Have you tried search and any of the suggestions contained therein?....
