Inspire 1V2
Stork

We are wanting to ignite the smoke grenade (paintball smoke) from the Inspire then drop it using the stork. Sport Smoke Remote Detonators | Electric Smoke Grenades The smoke grenade has an igniter box that will ignite it with a remote held in hand but is limited to +- 600 feet. So is there a way to use one of the buttons on the remote (remap) to trigger something on the inspire to ignite the smoke? Basically it takes 9volts to ignite.

Hope this makes some sense!

Simple answer - No.
Additionally, not sure where you are located but nearly all countries prohibit dropping anything from a UAV and any form of incendiary device would be illegal payload as far as I am aware.

Work related for diversion techniques on dynamic entries, marking locations for boots on the ground to investigate and detonate suspicious packages.

Work related or not (which makes it a commercial) you would require special permissions from your countries aviation authority to drop anything incendiary.
Extremely unlikely to be granted for any civilian activities and your insurance liability carriers would want to know exact details with no doubt an uprated cover and premium required (assuming they will cover it at all).
Your easiest option would be to....think of another option.
