Firmware Update Issue

I had my inspire 1 working good and my son put a sd card in that had the latest firmware bin file on it. But the aircraft was already up to date. When I started the aircraft it went into the update mode the aircraft started putting out a loud slow beep and I cant figure out how to reset or turn off.

Any help is appreciated

If I understand you correctly, the beep means the firmware update is in progress. It can take a while, 15 even 20 mins
