We haven't used the drone in a while and pulled it out at work the other day to find that the camera will not adjust once attached and is always at a 90 degree angle. We proceeded to do all of the updates and it still does this. I decided to take it for a flight to see if the camera (zenmuse x5s) would be responsive and nothing happened. the camera will not turn/yaw at all... has anyone ever seen this before? We always store the camera and drone in their cases. we also tried a different cellular device and it still does the same thing. I have attached a file of how it records at what it looks like... Please help. Im afraid to tell the company this camera maybe faulty...

Drone power up: Does the gimbal do its little "dance" routine?
Is latest drone firmware installed? If so ...
Roll Axis: Hold the C2 button in and adjust the right hand scroll wheel. Any movement on Gimbal roll axis?
Yaw Axis: Hold the C1 button in and adjust the left hand scroll wheel: Any movement on the Gimbal yaw axis?
Pitch Axis: Adjust the left hand scroll wheel without touching C1 or C2: Any movement on the Gimbal pitch axis?
