Hangar 360 Glitch

Up until about 6 months ago I was getting fantastic 360 Spherical images using the Hangar 360 app with my Inspire 2 and the X5S camera. Since June I noticed a vertical jagged area where the image is not stitched properly and is blank. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix for it? Thanks

I cant even use Hangar 360 with the I2 and an X5S. Says its an unsupported camera.

I talked to them last spring and was told it would work with the Inspire 1 & 2. Their web page, Hangar 360 2.0 — Autonomous Capture & Processing of 360 Photos with DJI Drones
still shows it compatible with both Inspires. Like I said it was working great but since June it has this one jagged vertical area on every spherical I shoot.

That's interesting. Just today I tried it with the I2/X5S combo and got the message of incompatible camera.
