not interference, those are known as "zebra stripes" and show you where in the frame you are over exposed, in settings you can turn these on or off.

You can shut off the auto exposure in settings, camera. Use manual exposure, generaly you shoot at about -.7. That may seem really dark on your ipad but you will need it in post. Remember "Black is all colors, White is a total lack of color."
