I have to admit that so far I've gotten incredible good service from DJI. I read so many critical posts about their CS that I was very anxious when an issue with my I 1 came up. But so far they've been extremely professional and prompt. The trick is to initiate contact via email, their response was almost immediate. I do wish they had something akin to Apple Care or Canon's CPS.
But I think they'll continue to get better.
