I recently went on a personal shoot to film a couple rock climbers I know. The shoot was to take place at the Kangaroo which is a mountain just outside of Smith Rock Park, Ore. I have a I2 GPC Travel mode case with the optional All-Terrain wheels. I did say “was to take place”. I’ll cut to the chase. The case was dirty as hell with only a few scratches. The wheels fine. But as far as protection, the case and the All-Terrain wheels were no match for the rough ¼ mile trip from the parking lot to the mountain. My drone is now in the hands of DJI’s tech folks. Ouch! Seems like I need a backpack.

Can you elaborate please. Our cases have been through much worse and never a problem. What happened?

Are you with GPC?
I am not. Just wondering what could have happened as our cases go through baggage handling and that’s as bad as it gets. Also GPC does warranty their cases.

Was the camera connected to the aircraft in the case?
